TWO WAYS MAKING PANCAKES FOR BREAKFAST

( Recipe ) How to make pancakes, by Merlyn

Pancake FOR BREAKFAST I provided two pancake recipes, one using self-rising flour and the other using all-purpose flour with baking powder. Here's a breakdown of each method.

Recipe 1:  Merlyn's Way of Making Pancakes.

Ingredients:

1 cup self-rising flour

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt (optional)    For diabetic and high blood pressure

1 tablespoon white sugar (optional)    For diabetic and high blood pressure

1 cup milk

2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, egg, salt (if using), sugar (if using), milk, and melted butter. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and a smooth batter forms. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes and the edges start to set, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Recipe 2:  The Old Fashioned Pancakes Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 1/4 cups milk

3 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:
Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, egg, salt, sugar, milk, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Both recipes offer a delicious breakfast option, and you can customize them by adding your favorite sugar-free syrup or syrup, honey, jelly, or Jam on your pancake fruits or flavors. Optional items: cinnamon, buttermilk, Cherry, Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Mulberries, Peaches, and Bananas and there is a big host of other fruits, and berries that can be used My favorite is to make cherry pancakes. Enjoy your pancakes!
